Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Fynkio platform — including our website (fynkio.in), mobile applications, and related services — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the platform.
These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including students, parents/guardians, and teachers.
User Accounts
When you create a Fynkio account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
- Notify us immediately at support@fynkio.in if you suspect unauthorised access
If you are enrolling a minor, you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian and that you have authority to accept these terms on their behalf.
Our Services
Fynkio provides live financial literacy sessions (1-on-1 or group, up to 1:4) with assigned teachers via video call. We offer four session packages: Foundation (30 sessions), Progression (60 sessions), Mastery (100 sessions), and Adult Programme (24 sessions).
Session scheduling, rescheduling (with 24 hours notice), and progress reporting are available through the platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service with reasonable notice.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Record or share sessions without explicit written consent from Fynkio and the teacher
- Harass, abuse, or threaten teachers, staff, or other users
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
- Use the platform to distribute spam, malware, or offensive content
- Impersonate any person or entity
Fynkio reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conduct standards without refund for unused sessions.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Fynkio platform — including curriculum materials, lesson plans, assessments, branding, and software — is the exclusive property of Fynkio or its licensors. It is protected under applicable Indian copyright and intellectual property law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written permission from Fynkio.
Payments
All payments are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. By purchasing a session plan, you agree to pay the full amount at the time of purchase.
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Disclaimer
The platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” Fynkio makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Content on the platform is for educational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. See our full Legal Disclaimer.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Fynkio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Fynkio in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, without prior notice and without liability. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@fynkio.in. Termination does not entitle you to a refund for sessions already completed.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
