- Student details (name, grade/class, age) when enrolling a child

- Pages visited, session duration, and in-platform activity
- Learning progress, session attendance, and Financial IQ scores

How We Use Your Data
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and manage your account and sessions
- Process payments and issue invoices
- Deliver and improve our curriculum and learning sessions
- Generate weekly progress reports for parents

We do not use your data to train external AI models, sell advertising, or share information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

- Supabase-managed database infrastructure with row-level security
- Payment processing via Razorpay — PCI-DSS compliant
No method of internet transmission is 100% secure. While we take every reasonable precaution, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with:
- Service providers — Supabase (database), Razorpay (payments), Resend (email delivery). These providers process data only as necessary to perform their services.
- Assigned teachers — see student names and session notes to deliver the learning programme.
- Legal authorities — when required by law, court order, or government regulation.
Children's Privacy
Fynkio is an educational platform designed specifically for students from Class 4 (approximately age 9) upward. We take the privacy of minors seriously and comply with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP) 2023.
- Students under 18 must be enrolled by a parent or guardian, who provides consent on their behalf.
- We collect only the minimum data necessary to deliver the learning programme.
- Student session data is visible only to the assigned teacher, the parent/guardian, and Fynkio platform administrators.
- Parents may request deletion of their child's data at any time by contacting support@fynkio.in.
Your Rights
Under applicable Indian data protection law, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”)
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
- Lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India
