Overview
Fynkio offers session packages — Foundation (30 sessions), Progression (60 sessions), Mastery (100 sessions), and Adult Programme (24 sessions). Because our sessions involve direct teacher scheduling, preparation, and a live 1-on-1 format, our refund policy reflects the cost structure of a service-based business.
The free demo session is, by definition, fully refundable — you pay nothing for it.
Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- Within 7 days of purchase and before your first paid session begins — a full refund is available, no questions asked.
- After 1–3 sessions completed — a partial refund may be issued for unused sessions at the per-session rate of your plan, minus a 10% administrative charge.
- Technical failure by Fynkio — if a session could not be delivered due to a platform or teacher issue, that session will be refunded in full or rescheduled at your choice.
Note: After 4 or more sessions have been completed, no refund is available for the completed portion of the plan. Unused sessions may be transferred to another family member with prior written approval.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@fynkio.in with:
- Your registered email address
- Date of purchase and plan name
- Number of sessions completed
- Reason for the refund request

Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method (Razorpay). Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–5 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- The free demo session (no charge applies)
- Sessions that were completed and attended
- Sessions that were missed without 24 hours' prior notice (no-show policy)
- Requests made more than 30 days after the purchase date
- Plans where 4 or more sessions have been completed
Payment Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at support@fynkio.in before raising a dispute with your bank or Razorpay. We will work to resolve all billing issues promptly and fairly. Raising a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension while the dispute is investigated.
